Bookings

Bookings are confirmed upon payment.

Bookings Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules do change, however, we ask that you adhear to our cancellation policy. All notices must be given via email and you must receive confirmation that we have received your request.

If you have booked a private lesson:

  • Notices given within 24 hours of your booking will incur a 80% fee of booking value.*
  • Notices given for change or cancellation between 48 hours - 24 hours of your booking will incur a 50% fee of booking value.*
  • Notices given more than 48 hours notice of your booking will only incur a $30 processing fee.*
If you have booked a private group session, party, school or Taekwondo birthday
  • Notices given within 48 hours of your booking will incur a 80% fee of booking value.*
  • Notices given for change or cancellation before 48 hours of your booking will incur 50% of booking value.*

 "No Shows" will be charged the full cost.
*If you paid via Credit Card or PayPal there my be a transaction fee that you will need to cover.

 

Products

Export Restictions

International shoppers need to call us for further information on +614 34 595 438. Shipping Orders will be despatched within 3 working days of receiving your order confirmation and payment clearance. You will be notified if there is any delay due to stock being temporarily unavailable. All items supplied are carefully inspected at the time of packing and shipment.

Australian Domestic Orders

Australian domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post. Please allow up to 5 days transit time in Australia. In most cases you can expect delivery within 2-4 days. If postage and handling is charged it is by item. Please select postage during the purchasing process if it comes up.

How will I know that you have received my order?

Once we have received an order you will be sent an email confirming the order and a receipt. Anytime you have further questions you can email or call us and quote your receipt number for a prompt response.

What if I require an urgent delivery?

If you require an urgent delivery please contact us via email and we will do our utmost to meet your requirements.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

We want your shopping experience with us to be easy and enjoyable. We GUARANTEE our products are in Perfect condition when they leave our premises. We use Australia Post and we are always here to answer your questions or concerns. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order once received, you may return items for a complete refund for the cost of goods excluding postage & handling.

Damaged Goods

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

In the event that you are not totally satisfied with any items received, please notify us by email on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call 0488 554 086 (International +61 401 978 008) within 3 days from receipt of goods, to arrange return and a credit refund on your purchase.

Returned Goods

All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging where applicable, for refund to be effected.

The cost of the return freight and insurance is the purchaser's responsibility.

Australian Returns

Return via Australia Post - suggesting Express Post for security, tracking and speedy turnaround.

Refunds

Once we have received the goods we will issue a refund for the total purchase price in AU$. You may be contacted for your credit card details to issue the refund with your return as these are never sited or stored by Self Defence Hub.

Refunds may also be made via cheque or direct deposit - to be discussed with the client when contacted.  We will issue your refund only after the goods have been returned and received by us.

Please note: You are solely responsible for the theft, loss or damage of the goods once they have been delivered to you.

Self Defence Hub is not responsible for customs duties or taxes imposed by countries other than Australia, where the GST rate is 10%.
