Our instructors come to your location and run age specific programs. Kids 3 - 5 years old learn about confidence, listening, awareness and respect by immersing themselves in fun themed games.

Our instructors introduce self defence fundamentals with simple, fun and safe activities.

Early Years Framework

Self Defence Hub embraces belonging, being and becoming from the Australian Early Years Learning Framework guidelines as they reaffirm the foundations of our Raptors program.

We provide self defence classes that nurture and expand on your child’s learning and development. Our age specific program delivers a safe and fun class by ‘learning through play’.

As well as learning self defence and safety skills we guide children through:
