Winners of the 2021 Hobsons Bay Business Excellence Awards

The Hobsons Bay Business Excellence Awards was held online on the 11th of November 2021. The winners were announced, and one organisation was celebrated as a business that is making social change happen. That's right! Self Defence Hub baby! We are the winners of 2021 Hobsons Bay Business Excellence Award for creating social change, with our main focus to help women go from being victims of crime to survivors and helping younger students build confidence.

We facilitate inclusivity by offering specialist classes for people with disadvantaged backgrounds and all gender sessions for individuals who identify as non-binary. Our message is clear, we want everyone to be able to be their own superhero.

The MC for the event was Ailsa Page. She did a wonderful job. The Hobsons Bay Business Excellence Awards is a bi-annual event that celebrates businesses in the Hobsons Bay region for their innovation, leadership and success. The awards recognise businesses of all sizes across a range of industries. This year's award ceremony was held online to celebrate the business community in Hobsons Bay during National Small Business Week. Winners were announced. Watch the awards below:
